I was not aware of the correct meaning of “racist”. It was a mistranslation. I looked it up carefully and found that racist was a word limited to “racial” discrimination. In Japan, not recognizing diversity is called “差別”. If you look up “差別” in the JP-EN dictionary, you may find “racism,” but this is not a match.
